help on cheque back claim from e2save?

Because my O2 contract is due to end, CPW offered me a good deal which I accepted. However, here comes the problem: the 12th monthly bill, which I should send to e2save to claim my cheque back, is on the new tariff. If I send this bill to e2save, will they reject my claim? Many thanks for your help.

I dont understand - how can your 12th monthly bill be different? It will be the same.
And then month 1 of your CPW/O2 will kick in.
submit your final (12th month bill) to e2save.0 -
Hi, I called CPW to end the contract before they issued the 12th monthly bill. Hence they offered me the new deal, which is a low tariff. I didn't realise this offer takes effect immediately ... and now on the 12th monthly bill, it displays the new tariff ...0

I think your in trouble then - you need to prove to e2save that you were on that tariff/network for month 12 - which you cannot do.mikelearnstosave wrote:Hi, I called CPW to end the contract before they issued the 12th monthly bill. You have a 14 day cooling peroid to cancel tthe new deal. Are you within that?0 -
yes, I am. But I also called CPW, and the lady said it doesn't affect my claim as long as it's a 12th month bill. Really confused ...0
