Their eyes are subject to testing by the Financial Ombudsman Service. They (following FSA rules) require that insurers treat customers fairly, not just by the letter of the policy. No way IMO would an inadvertent failure to disclose change of name that doesn't in any way affect the risk to the insurer be seen a fair reason to refuse a claim.forgotmyname wrote: »Depends on the insurance company.
