I won't do ones where you get entered into a draw unless you have been screened out.
Global Test Market disabled my account when I redeemed my points plus they screen you out well into the survey. Their replies are fob offs!
Tuluna screened me out too much and the wait was much too long for the vouchers. Vista took forever over paying me - so stopped using them.
You Gov takes ages to get a decent return but do pay quickly when you do.
Lightspeed, Consumerpulse and Ipsos are quite good, as are Valued Opinions but they haven't credited me with payment for the last two surveys (in the pending area) so awaiting a reply from them about that.
Maximiles and Mutual Points have been getting less frequent but are good payers
