Working Tax Credits
housing benefit/local housing allowance
How long has your girlfriend worked - I assume she didn't have enough NI stamp paid to claim contributions based JSA which is why your income is then taken into account?0 -
I claim ctb and hb and thats all i know,and yes sadly she has never had to pay tax before as she has never earned enough0

They are too young to get working tax credits. In summary, they already get HB and CTB, she has no entitlement to contribution based JSA, his income is to high for income based JSA. So they are getting all the benefits they are due.0 -

They are both under 25. I cannot think of anything else they would be entitled to.Gone ... or have I?0 -
