Hi,
Thank you to anyone who replies to this as I've never done this before.
I would like to know if there is anything else i could be claiming that i don't know about as this is my first time of doing it.I currently live in a rented flat with my girlfriend and receive council tax benefits due to her having no income at the moment.
I work at least 30 hours per week but I'm only contracted for 20 hours,I work more at the minute due to hoildays.

You say no income then you say job seeking and yes, ESA
Why is she not claiming Job Seekers Allowance.
if on ESA, she would be receiving ESA payment.
ESA means on the sick so ESA is sick pay
