Blocked pollen filter and water drainage holes..... My bet would be you park under tree's alot.

I agree with this, my husbands car had the same problem last year. He tried everything, including the garage. he eventually trawled forums and came up with the pollen filter. It took awhile for the moisture to go away after the filter was changed and this year it's been perfect, and yes it's a Ford very common problem.

My 05' fiesta has never had a condensation problem so 'all fords dont seal properly' is a bit of a broadstroke. It's sounding like it's some sortof fault, I see a lot of older (10+ years) german cars with this problem.

Get some cheap cat litter and a couple of plastic tubs and pour a load in.... if you've got any ice cream tubs you could use those and pop the lids back on when you get in to drive the car (so it doesn't spill everywhere).... caravan owners leave cat litter like this in their caravans over winter.

I was thinking something like this but wasnt sure if it would work. My caravanning mother leaves a bowl of salt in her caravan to stop it getting damp, and when she returns the bowl will be full of water, could be worth a try what has been suggested with the cat litter...
  • silica gel bags would be better than cat litter incase a cat gets in there
