. But this is all part of the cunning plan, isn't it

You are right. And it's working! Is FB a psychologist who knows that, for me, it's not OK just to aim for the target but it MUST be reached?

Hello,
Shala, I really tried not to add an MFiT calculator but in the end the need to know what colour I was in was too great.
Here's what's going on:- A small spend day today. £6.50 on food. Half of it was offer food and the other half 'sell by'.
- Have not filled the car since December.
- Mr P ran out of work but today had an enquiry about doing some over the next 2 weeks.
- I've finally learned how to make rice so no need to buy a rice cooker! Result.
- Had a left over curry with out of date naan bread - it was still yummy.
- Met up with friends for a NS evening.

Hi MC. I am cream crackered. 100km milestone reached and my leg muscles are in pain.
I spent a lovely day with my mum. We looked around some shops and I bought some bits for the kitchen. I was the chauffeur and had to, partially, fill up.All while Mr P did some painting.
And, Mr P has had some good work news. We had a celebration cuddle.
