My orange contract runs out on the 22nd of this month. I want to remain with orange but their upgrade offer is not as good as the offer to new customers for the same phone. So what do I do? Can I get a new contract on the 23rd or do I have to upgrade?
Many thanks in advance,
Looney

find an offer with another provider that you like with in reason, contact orange and see if they will do same or better if not threaten to move provider.
they may offer you deal then when you go to cancel, failing that just move provider, plenty great internet deals0 -
You should get the same deal as a new customer !
Three Options
1) Retentions threaten to leave advising you can get a better deal elsewhere - risky as they could just say goodbye and heres your PAC
2) Add another account to your phone and terminate your existing number. If this number is precious use the PAC code and transfer to another PAYG sim (not Orange) and port it back in
3) Leave and find a better deal elsewhere - sim only or PAYG sometimes can work out better or cheaper0 -
Remember you need to give 30 days notice to cancel your contract. Or, as you are within the last 30 days, you can ask for your PAC code now and you have 30 days to use it, should you want to move networks.0
