It has been, is, and always will be the same! A few years ago, there were so many people demanding "when's the 75% sale", no "please", and so many posters, replying politely "we don't know for sure but we think it's xxth January, HTH" and no "thank you", then another 20 posts asking the same thing, that tempers frayed a tad.:mad:

After that, we just posted DK (don't know!), and then we were accused of not being welcoming to newbies! Tempers will become even more frayed tomorrow when folk start posting pictures of their huge stashes, and where they bought them, and others missed out.

If Martin posts tomorrow in his weekly email that the sale's on, I'd take that as gospel. :money: :money: :money:

well i popped in earlier to my local one is S***ford and the staff where filling baskets of xmas goodies ..they were like vultures so I guessed it would be soon..and i bet nothing will be left on the shelves at 8.30 am except xmas crackers lol!..surely its not fair on us lowly customers if they get the heads up and snatch everything..but they must be gettin a bargain if they are using staff discount too!!

So excited, been to the sale for the last 4 yrs but in the past only lived near a small store. This year I am heading to Walsall followed by Wednesbury, need to get as many bargains as possible as this year is going to be difficult financially and it will help a lot for birthday and xmas pressies.

Does anyone know what the stocks like in either store, I went to Walsall last week and there was loads but guessing that has changed now?

There was a lot of stock in the Edinburgh Gyle store today. Lots of sets, S&G sets, food gifts, FCUK, etc. Not sure how many aisles but certainly lots! Will be heading to the Fort as it is closer to me but I would think there would be a good selection there tomorrow!

I got some lovely jewellery today though at 75% off. Worth a look if you are in as lots of pretty cocktail rings as well as bracelets and necklaces.
