Do they put the signs up in the evening or in the morning? Just been to a big boots not far from us and all the 50% signs are still up!

Someone on another thread has just said they have seen a 75% sale board up in a local small boots window :-). So looks like it's go go go for tomorrow, good luck everyone, I've got the alarm set & traffic permitting should be there before they open, may see some of you bargain hunters there!!

I think they are probably told not to do it until the morning so people dont find out before the day and all bundle I in the stores first thing.
Someone has posted on another thread that they've seen 75% off posters in the window of a small boots in london, so I think some get ready before if they can get away with it!

Lol if there's anything I don't need it's an alarm clock - I have an 11 week old baby and he didn't come with a snooze button unfortunately.

I hate to say this but I don't think it will be on, when you go on Martin Lewis weekly sale guide it says boots 75% sale is not this week boots haven't confirmed it but the forums are going crazy over will it be or won't it be on, does this normally happen???
Also wouldn't the website update for boots and say now 75% in store....
Boots have been total rubbish this year like every other year they want you in there when it's Christmas and throughout the year but when you can go and grab a bargain (some of it is) they mess the people ie us around with this will it be tomorrow or Wont it be drama going on.... Come on boots be fair and tell people in advance!!!

Hi Missda. In Boots-World, anything and everything can happen ! Each year there'll be a large contingent of folk who think Boots are protesting too much, so they/we will stay up all night, just in case it goes live.

I'm not the Boots fan I once was. In The Old Days, like a few years back, you could get the most fantastic bargains in the 75% sale, and then it became very uncivilised, and people would block aisles, each end, with large push-chairs, and there'd be pushing and shoving, the police called (I kid you not!), and my love of All Things Boots waned.

Then Mr B stopped putting 250 points vouchers in gift sets, and the glitches disappeared, and it's just not the challenge any more. But to return to your original question, if Boots say something regarding dates, this is not necessarily gospel!

Like other high street stores, Mr B's bank balance isn't as rosy as it once was, and if they can build up hype on here, with the will they/won't they posts, they'll be thrilled. :beer: HTH
