I went in two Boots stores yesterday - couldn't even see one thing I want to buy - even at 75% off. Always the same stuff in there.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Not really impressed with Boots stuff this year. If you put a 200% mark-up on goods then discount by 50% you're still making 100% Don't forget there's no 3 for 2 now (which is a maximum of 33.3% discount anyway so at 50% off you're only getting an extra 16.7% off what you'd pay before Christmas). Even at 75% off Boots is still making a profit. Best item this year was an empty carboard box shaped like a heart for £6 !!! Probably cost a few pence to make in China. Sweet Treat stuff was shockingly bad also. But as usual there will be hoards of people queueing 30 minutes before opening for 75% off. Best of luck guys - you pay my wages.0
