Boots 75% off sale - possible date

I havent read all recent posts so may be dulpicating here...I am by no means a detective but i have been trying to purchase something from boots online today and it states that the website is colsed until 6th (tomorrow) does that mean they are (possibly) going to start the online 75% off tomoorow online?

Also my neightbour works at a large boots store and only works Sat,Sun, Mon but has been asked to work tomorrow?

Maybe i am putting 2 and 2 togehter and coming up with 4000? I cant remember boots sales starting so early? My store still has loads and loads at 50% off so maybe starting early to clear stock?

i bet the boots sale will be tmoz my guess is because the website opens the 6th tmoz so i bet the hav been putting things online because the hav run out of things online
Our online shop is temporarily closed, but our stores are still open

Boots.com is improving services & the website will be unavailable until 6th January 2012

Do the stores open early for it? My MetroCentre one doesn't open till 10am

I cant see it being tomorrow, way too early going by the last couple of years. The site has been down for a couple of days now, usually its only down for a few hours prior to the sale so I really doubt its that

Wishful thinking I think, general opinion is that the website is down for 4 days for a complete overhaul and revamp, not in order to start the sale. As previously mentioned, it normally only goes down for a few hours prior to sale starting.

I can never remember the 75% sale starting so early either. Earliest I've ever known it was 10th Jan but that was about 7 years ago. Recent years it's been much later in Jan, 19th/20th type of time.

They usually just open at normal time - mine opens at 9am so I usually just get there as it opens, after dropping kids at school!

I'm repeating myself again, but Boots.com has been offline since the 2nd for site maintenence. It only takes a few hours to re-do things sale time, not a few days. And most of us know that the site has been suffering for a while and was in urgent need of an overhaul!
