Boots 75% off sale - possible date

Massive thank you to the poster for the tip off, managed to get to 2 Boots stores and spent £87. Thou the week before spent £110 when it was 50% off, that was vouchers and points so didn't mind that, althought there some stuff there wasn't that much left, seemed to more suberto sets and hat boxes, few strictly bits xx

I made 4 orders to store. One was dispatched the next day. The other 3 show dispatched this evening. 2 of them are S&G sets which I ordered in the early hours the day after the sale but were stuck on the processing stage. Hopefully, you will be lucky too. x

yes , a SA said the same to me in the retail park one. he said he mentioned to a woman that the sale was on and she filled a trolley sky high , plus two baskets , paid for it all and took it her car then came back for another trolleys worth! he said he couldn't believe it! lol I popped in the one in the centre yesterday morning just to see if any other bits had been put out but it was all the same. As you say , the 90% isn't gonna be worth them putting on! lol there's probably one half a bays worth between all the stores left!

This happened to me in last years sale. I eventually rang CS to ask why processing was taking so long. I was told (don't laugh) that the order was in 'limbo'

Apparently there is a glitch in the system whereby the order is taken, and sent for processing but never reaches the warehouse, and becomes lost in the system.

I was told if I hadn't rang up it would have continued to show as 'processing' for ad infinitum, as nobody (except me) knew about it .

The upshot was that it was cancelled as all the stuff was OOS by then.

Try ringing CS to ask about it, the sooner the better. Good luck, I hope you have some success. They really do have a rubbish system.

ooooooohhh just rang n checked as my order is still processing but its all ok to be dispatched for delivery to store on Tuesday:D

Just popped into Kingston Boots and hidden away found S & G Glam Packed set and Frontcover to go set at 75% off. Got 1 of each - DD1 will be very pleased. Had about 5 frontcover sets and 3 S & G when I left.

Today there are still Fearne hatboxes for sale in the city centre store i was in on wednesday, loads of fearne compact mirrors too. I found Front Cover 2 go sets (about 20 of them!) in a little store yesterday too.
