    I think we should all come up with a complaint email and all send it.

    Although this is a valid idea I think they would take more notice of a personalised complaint which requests a reply.

    ive usually been lucky enough in the past years to get my orders in, but what are the chances it goes live when im on the school run :rotfl:

    They have never seen an angry Mingle. An angry Mingle is 10 times worse than a nuclear attack. A sleep deprived, sore throated, has to go into university later AND angry Mingle...well, I just don't even want to comprehend what that'll look like.

    I wouldn't mind so much if i'd logged on and it told me I couldn't buy anything! It's the fact that they lied to me.

    Well I will join you in complaining because I find it very poor all year round not just at sale time.
    I have used their site for several years and it used to be fine, it was after the last big revamp that I found the site became slow. They also used to have a facility where you could filter out items that were out of stock when you searched.

    I think most station stores open at 7 but most normal will be either 8 or 8.30


    thanks ours at the retail park says 9 or did do when checked the site, im going straight from school so just hoping its real and not it just going to my head lol,

    But, the same advisor won't read every single one. Plus I thought it would be helpful to those who might struggle on what to say. They only send mass emails out anyway offering their apologies and 'goodwill gestures'
