So you should be!! If you don't get any joy with Customer Services - have a look to see if you can obtain a number for Boots Public Relations dept.. i did this with DHL when they messed me around and lo and behold later that afternoon things were sorted!!

I know that little trick has worked for friends of mine for other things like car insurance etc... Its worth a go!

I had a utility company on the phone today, told them matter of factly that I did not wish to be contacted as they had already fluffed my bill up twice and over-charged me yet still made me pay! When he assured me it wouldn't happen again I assured him that it had happened twice in my previous addresses and politely told him goodbye while hanging up

LMFAO ...... I think I would have a melt down! The world has turned temporarily insane... temporarily mean.... I never want to hear the world temporarily again, except for when I tell boots I will temporarily be shopping somewhere else! And not in the real sense of the word, but their sense!
