I feel so sorry for the poor person who will answer my phonecall at 8:30. I am disgustingly polite (unless it's anything to do with Natwest), but the teacher voice WILL be used. My teacher voice makes grown men cry. Boots have no hope. The words "completely inadequate" shall be uttered.

They'll just put you on hold and play "TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE" to you, over and over and over again in the hope that you'll go insane and forget the Boots Sale ever existed.
