Boots 75% off sale - possible date

I've never used the website before and am searching for an item number which I made a note of earlier in the week. The search doesn't come up with any results - is that because the item is sold out or have I just written it down wrong? I didn't even make a note of what it was!

This thread is much more fun than the one on Grabbit! I got so excited last week when we kept getting "CW123456" messages, when we pretended to check out, at about 12.15, and waited for The Orange People!

I reckon there must be at least twice the number of people buying online as last year, so goodness only knows when we'll get as far as checkout, but I am so ridiculously excited! :j :j :j :j :j

Sorry, Im a newbie and have tried to keep up with this thread but may have missed the answer to this...

Do stores open at regular opening times or will some open early as its such a special occasion?

Just had a scout at Lakeside - was a bit disappointed to be honest. They had LOADS of Gok, Strictly and Fearne Boxes, a few 17 bits, 1 no 7 make up set, some elle mcpherson and extracts sets.

There was also some weenicons stuff, mens FCUK boxers set and some Men's Religion (or whatever its called) stuff.

They had a few of the £25 FCUK hat boxes as well.

Am gutted as last week they had a lot of the campbells soup bowls -they only had about 2 of these left this evening...booo!!

It seems the SAs were very busy stocking up on Summer stuff. I'm hoping that they are staggering the stock.. that is if the warehouse is as chocka as i've been told

I have just come back from checking out Bournemouth Castlepoint and Christchurch Boots and I was suprised by how much stuff there was left in both especially as I was in there last week. I casually mentioned to a member of staff that I was surpised by how much was left and she said that it had been shipped in from smaller stores and that there was still more to be put out. I also said that I thought all the sale stuff was normally reduced again by this time and she said they hadn't been told but I did notice other members of staff browsing so I'll take that as confirmation that there is a sale tomorrow!

I went to Castlepoint last year and it was a bit bonkers at first but I still managed to get some good stuff. I then went on into Bournemouth and got some more stuff so I think I will be sticking to this plan again. Some mums from school reckon it's worth going to Christchurch as the clientele is a little bit older and they tend to not bother with all the make up/hair sets just the Charlie and Tweed stuff!! Can't comment on Poole Boots but as it is a big store it should be o.k. Good Luck!
