Boots 75% off sale - possible date

Just thought I should add my two p's worth...

I have a half cousin who's mother in law works at boots, I recieved a message on facebook yesterday saying that my half cousin normally finds out from her mother in law a couple of days in advance to when the sale will start, and as of yesterday (10/01/11) afternoon she hadnt heared anything?.

She was right about last year, she informed me when it was due to start, but then found out about the delay about the 'weather' and told me the correct date, so I would like to think her info in fairly accurate.

However I have a late start tomorrow, so I will more than likely go down to my nearest boots (Boots Ipswich if anyone else is from around these parts!) and see, when I last went in there for a browse it appears that they are trying to move all upstairs stock, downstairs. There is still a selection of bits, but no where near as much as last years (2010!), I cant really comment on the 2009 sale, as I just happened to stumble across it, and caught the dribs and drabs at around 11am!

Sorry to ask a silly question but do the 1/2 price toys also get reduced to 75% off original price or is it just gift sets???

I too have added things to my basket, and stored a £5 off code. If the basket is cleared, I have all the product codes and parenting code written down,so I just have to input those. It may save time before stuff goes OOS.

none of the codes seem to work for me, even though i'm a member of the parenting club!?

I called my store this morning and she said 75% off isnt today and they dont know when it is, but had heard the end of the month.........we shall see - either way, wont be rushing out today

Hi peeps,

I have just added the things i like to my favourites in case they are taken out of my basket when the 75% happens. A couple of the items (toys) I am adding in case the one i really want is oos or not delivered, if by some fluke i got all my order would i be allowed to return any for refund?

You Either need a new email address, or go and update your details, changing ages of children or when your baby is due, this usually does it for me. I've had 5-6 £5 offs in the past, just through clearing the details and starting again.
