Problem with Samsung Jet download mode screen
My son's phone will turn on but screen shows 'download mode GTS800' and cannot access anything on the phone. Any idea what can be done to resolve? It's 15 months old and I recently cancelled the insurance. He has taken out the battery and also tried charging it but to no avail. I plan to take it to Carphone Warehouse but it would be useful to know if there's anything else worth trying first.
