Morning all, yesterday didn't go as planned. Chainsaw broke after cutting 2 sticks.

So i went and done the chickens out, took leaves off the roof and washed it down, completely cleaned out there house and the outside of it. Did notice that they haven't been laying eggs for 3 weeks now and then 1 did lay but it was a very soft egg. Then noticed a couple of white worms so trip to vets and got worming, lice and mite stuff, very easy to put on and hopefully that will do the trick. :D

Went to pet shop to get dog food and hubby came out with a hamster. He's been warned that it's his and he has to look after it (how long do you think it will be before i end up cleaning and looking after it?)

Happy Belated Birthday to everyone i've missed.
Congrats on becoming a Nan gotnodosh.

Right i better go find my paintbrush.......
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Hi folks,

This coming Saturday, January 15th, we are planning on taking down the Forum for a time to install some new code. This is part of ongoing work and you won't really notice much difference initially.

The work will start at approximately 9:30am and we anticipate being down for several hours with an aim to be getting back up before 6pm. If things go well, it should be mid-afternoon but we need to allow time to address any issues that may arise.

    Thanks, pigpen.
However think I am going off list.
Plan is to sort the study - possibly deciding to recycle old OU units. I hate getting rid of things like that, but my interests have changed and I never have any reason to look at them and they are all stuck in a box under the desk and some of them have been there getting on for 10 years.

Think I have just convinced myself :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    ooh
thought I'd see what was what and we're back

been to town, got a really good stand/bracket for £29.99 from the co-op (am a member, of course) and it will take up to 40 kgs and a bigger tv than I have bought so should last. Apparently it is supplied with all necessaary hardware, too, which is better than the cheap one I found in A$£os

also bought a sealant gun and some sealant from wilko as a small hole has appeared in the sealant by the shower thing so decided to seal it myself rather than getting the plumbers back to see (a) if I could and (b) because a person should be able to apply sealant to keep wicked wicked water out of places it shouldn't be and I am practical (although my dad point-blank REFUSES to lend me power tools as he feels I might not be able to use them properly. This is OK though because HE then comes and does the job;) which reminds me, I have a TV stand wants fixing up...

(wicked because of the damage that can be done by water when it gets where it oughtn't)
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY
