Happy Birthday Kazwookie and MissA
Need to get off my bum and get on with something productive. I spent most of today sorting out my work desk and filing cabinet. Shredding mostly. I appear to have not tidied it out since 2005.

We've just had 3 Chinook helicopters fly round the block which has really upset the local pigeons.:)
I believe I will be lurking rather than flying this weekend as I'm in that decluttering to sell phase. 2 of the books that went on to Amazon last night have soldso another Post Office trip in order in the morning.

Afternoon all
I did all the bedrooms on Wednesday so I think I'm just about up to date with everything.
The older cat had her teeth cleaned today. DH was supposed to be picking her up after work but I got a phone call to say a dog there was barking continuously and stressing the cat out and would I go and pick her up (the dog's owners couldn't go and fetch him). So I had to drop everything and walk over there and lug her back home. They said boiled chicken or fish and keep her in. She got kit-e-kat and go-cat as usual and grateful enough for it. She's gone to bed now. Wish I could. Work soon.0 -

Any other Flyladies getting emails, supposedly from banks, saying

Hi everyone
things have been a bit mad here since Tuesday, but I have been flying, albeit in a limited way!!
On Tuesday, on the way to the airport to pick up Dad, I had a total brainstorm & put water in where the oil goes  luckily I realised before too much had gone in, took it round to my lovely lovely local garage where they drained it immediately for me.. Kicking myself, but on the plus side we needed an oil change anywayand I was only 5 minutes late picking Dad up
Wednesday DD started brownies & loved it. And today I've been for a haircut, & worked for a couple of hours. My niece has stayed with us a couple of nights this week (she seems pretty good!). Seems like I've been cooking & cleaning non-stop. Lovely having niece & dad here but I am looking forward to not cooking tonight (having a curry!!)
Am stripping wallpaper in my bedroom too, the decorator comes on Wednesday - hurrah!!! Have chosen v dark red wallpaper for the feature wall
Hope everyone is ok xxxWhen people show you who they are, believe them the first time0 -
Evening all,
Just popping in to let you know that my DD had a baby girl last night at 12.23am after a long, long labour. So I am now officially a NAN!!!!
No flying done since my last post I'm afraid but will join again next week to finally get this tip of a house sorted!
Hugs to all that need them!0
