Sexymouse, great news about your sister!
Pigpen, so sorry to hear about your Uncle - I must have missed that. Like you say, he won't have known about it which is much better than suffering for ages but still hard. Take care x
Helenjelly, thank goodness your Mum has you to take care of her. Take care of yourself too though won't you. Thinking of you.
Why do I always get so tired at this time of day since I started my drugs? I'm struggling to keep my eyes open. Going to shunt my evening dose of the drugs forward to 4.30ish and hopefully they'll make me sleepy at bed time so I can sleep all night - haven't done that for almost 2 weeks now. Least I'm happy but tired!
Took an old Playstation steering wheel to charity shop today along with big bag of Duplo and black bin bag full of clothes so decluttering is going well. Here's my list:
Here's my list:
Monday ~ Living Room, Porch and Hallway - ALL DONE :T
Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area - ALL DONE :T
Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo - ALL DONE :T
Thursday ~ Master Bedroom and Landing - ALL DONE :T
Friday ~ Childrens/Spare rooms.. or any other room you have neglected - ALL DONE :T
My extras for the week:
[STRIKE]WM/DW/make beds[/STRIKE]/walk Pip/clean out chooks
Do inventory of what is in food cupboard and freezer
DD to do thank you letters for late Christmas presents she only just got!
Off to get DD now and hope that the fresh air will wake me up a bit - whilst I was knitting just now (my 30 mins 'me time') I almost fell asleep! Early night tonight.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
I've had to come and sit down.
Been washing the walls in the LR, managed to get 2 done. :j
It is a 12 ft room, before I stopped smoking I could only do 1 at a time,:o now I've only got to worry about my poor shoulder and knees.
Oohh, my lovely DS1 has made a cup of tea for us. I take it all back, he can be a nice chap.:D;)C.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z # 40 spanner supervisor. No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thought.Only after the last tree has been cut down. Popping in again. Bedding in TD will put it on when dry. Spent all morning cleaning out walk in run for chooks. The run wasn't too bad but needs more concrete than i thought between flags so that will have to wait for another day. The chicken coop i am ashamed to say was a disgrace. Stripped it down cleaned it thoroughly and whilst it was drying i flew in shower then picked DS2 and DD1 up from school. Took them to dentist and for a hair cut and a trim fed them and dropped them back at school. Put coop back together and put fresh auboise bedding back in coop and all over floor of run. Now the run looks lovely. But had to mop the kitchen floor twice and now have to vac due to auboise carried in on my coat, typical. Just have to dust and do windows and windowsills in kids bedrooms and i am caught up. Toys were sorted before santa came. All clothes decluttered as i throw out when i buy new and also sort out to pass onto DGD. Spaghetti bolognaise might be scaled down to pasta and sauce as i am absolutely shattered. He lived in Germany and died about 5th March and wasn't found until 9th April when neighbours complained about a smell.. We then had a saga getting his body home then had to have a postmortem so it was July before we could have the funeral.. so all a bit nasty.
Oh.. earlier today I was 'discussing' KH with someone and I said I wouldn't be surprised if he is telling everyone that he meet how he is paying for the children and me and OH to live here and OH doesn't work.. blah-de-blah... Then I found someone else who said they had been speaking to said KH and he was telling them how he is paying for the house ad OH doesn't work and lives here 'free' and he is paying for the children etc... I PMSL.. he put £170 in the bank last February... OH may not work, but neither does he! And OH comes to all the appointments and is part of the childrens lives.. OH also doesn't go out most nights, spend a huge chunk of money on driving lessons every week and forever have new clothes... That set that one straight!!!!!! Thus proving my point perfectly!!
Children collected again.. complained at school again re the lack of organisation of netball and DD3 is no longer allowed to be on the list as the school mess me about far too much over it! We get in from school to the phone ringing saying netball is cancelled.. that much notice!!!
Anyone up for HHC??? 4-4:30??

:j:j:jMy new cooker's just been delivered!!!:D I'm hoping OH can fit it this afternoon - or if not, tomorrow morning!!
Flying bit - I have shined the sink, and washed up, and washed the main bedroom bedlinen. I didn't get any more of the kitchen done, as I had to take DD to GP,and then OH was busy removing the old cooker, and cleaning the disgusting mess that had built up underneath.:eek:to Miss A and kazwookie!!
:hello:Hi sexymouse!! Noticed you were missing, but been very busy at start of term, and was going to email/text/pm today.
Have a good time at the garden centre dusty - I'm hibernating as it's been raining, and is all grey again...

Hello all.
Jojo I'm sorry I missed your birthday - hope it was a good one.
And on the subject of birthdays, many happy returns to Kazwookie and Miss A.
Mr LW peered over my shoulder yesterday evening at my lists, or what was left on them, and has forbidden me to try one of the tasks myself, so we're as done as we're going to get for now.
Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo
Level Three
Clean the downstairs curtain poles/tracks.. furniture polish is a foolproof way of making the curtains run smoothly again! Mr LW has told me to leave this and he'll do it at the weekend,:A as he doesn't want me teetering about on the step stool – kitchen and spare room are hard to reach, even on the step stool.
Extras- Change any dead lightbulbs and defluff any old ones.. if you can change some old ones for eco-bulbs.. save a few pence where we can No dead'uns – still need to defluff the blighters, though. As this will also involve the step stool, I'll get Mr LW to do it at the same time as the curtain tracks.
Thursday ~ Master Bedroom and Landing
Level Three
Clean fronts and behinds of radiators! Done
Wipe tops of upstairs door frames Did downstairs cos we haven't got an upstairs!
Also dusted and dewebbed all I can without standing on anything other than the floor.;)
THURSDAY COMPLETE
Friday ~ Childrens/Spare rooms.. or any other room you have neglected
Level One
Half an hour of you time.. no star if you don't do it! HHYoga
Level Two
Photograph as much as possible to ebay on Sundays free listing day.. if you don't ebay BINBAG DANCE! Binbag Boogie and Recycling Rumba duly done.
Level Three
HHI None to do – in any case, Mr LW does our ironing. Tidied up the woodworking stuff in the spare room instead; mucky newspaper disposed of, supply of fresh put in a pile ready for the next door, old doorknobs tidied into a box for disposal, type of thing.
FRIDAY COMPLETE
Looks like the doors will take a little longer than we'd hoped - but there's a nice reason; I had an email today, the upshot of which is that Dilly the Westie is coming to us from 28th to 30th January, so we won't do doors that weekend.:o We looked after her once before, and she's a little sweetie.:o
Oh, and I did Dusty's puzzle in about 30 seconds flat. But then, I've been doing a Professor Layton puzzle game on the DS, so I've been getting quite a bit of practise.:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
