    did they say if they will be charging you via said meter or if you'll continue on your normal billing?

    Hated ours - we got billed over £100 in a month for two of us. Obvious leak. They said it wasnt a leak and we'd need to pay it. OMG I've never got so cross with them. Especially when the next month came in similar! Came to an agreement in the end. (and that was welsh water - might be better this side of the bridge)

    Okay the bathroom.
    I CAN SEE THE FLOOR :) laundry mountain has been moved - but only to the bedroom.
    i've been imaginary spending thinking that if we had some more storage and a new laundry basket that fit behind the door we'd be better off. Ohhhhh that'll mean that money thing :(
    Cleaned the sink area and the shower. Need some serious de-limescale stuff.
    Also been told that changing lightbulbs is not a job for me and DH will do it when he gets home :)

    No billing from the meter, just standard RV (ratable value) bill.

    I'm still narked tho.

    Monday ~ Living Room, Porch and Hallway
    Level Three
    Wipe over sofas

    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Make appointments you have been putting off.. dr, dentist, optician etc.. [/STRIKE]
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area
    Level Two
    mop floors
    Wipe units
    Level Three
    Clean appliance filters.. WM,
    Extras
    1. Sharpen knives
    2. Order and organise the spices and sauces.
    3. Sort the cutlery drawer
    4. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!
    Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo
    Level One
    Declutter and mop/vacuum floors
    Clean the bathroom fixtures and fitting.. while the pc defrags!
    Level Two
    Polish mirrors and taps and pictures and shower screens etc
    Wipe over all the paintwork..
    Level Three
    [STRIKE] Defluff behind the radiators.. and wipe the fronts so they look nice[/STRIKE]
    Clean the downstairs curtain poles/tracks.. furniture polish is a foolproof way of making the curtains run smoothly again!

    Extras ~ just 3 today as they are time consuming
    1. Gather insurance documents/guarantees/important papers together in one accessible file
    2. Change any dead lightbulbs and defluff any old ones.. if you can change some old ones for eco-bulbs.. save a few pence where we can
    3. Passports are being processed really quickly at the moment (stepdads took 3 days!) if yours needs renewing for a holiday this year get it done now to save that last minute panic!
    Start of extras list (in no particular order, but ready to add to and C&P later in the week :) )

    Sort fabric boxes
    List big freezer contents
    Write letters - Hotpoint, School Transport.....
    List major appliances, date of purchase, supplier, insurance expiry date and file
    CCleaner and Defraggler
    Sewing pile
    Ironing pile
    Make linings for baskets

    Off out to the dr's :)

    Morning all :)
    I'm still catching up with you all! Yesterday I was surprised by just how much I got done by setting myself little targets, though, and the HHclean in the kitchen felt like about 2 minutes, and I got it clean enough to bake loads of bread!

    Today I'm going to aim for

    Hallway
    [STRIKE]Declutter floors[/STRIKE] and sweep/mop/vacuum
    Clean doors and door furniture
    [STRIKE]Check smoke alarms[/STRIKE].. [STRIKE]
    Sort coats and shoes and bags.. fling out the ones that no longer fit and note who needs new wellies etc!.. oh.. umbrellas.. check all those too!![/STRIKE]
    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Make appointments you have been putting off.. dr, dentist, optician etc..[/STRIKE]
    2. [STRIKE]Sort through one hotspot.. see how long you can keep it clear![/STRIKE]
    Kitchen
    [STRIKE]Sweep[/STRIKE] and mop floors
    Clear and wipe window sills.. do not put back the junk.. bin it!
    Clean one small appliance thoroughly.. microwave, kettle, iron,
    Extras

    Bathroom and computer desk
    [STRIKE]Decluter[/STRIKE] and mop/vacuum floors - Bathroom is currently being redone, and to clean the floor properly would mean moving all of OHs tools and sweeping up about 2 binbags full of bits and dust. If I do it today, he'll find time to do more tonight and make more mess.... and then I'll have to murder him..

    Eating little and often, ginger biscuits help some people. It does pass, just can take a while (9months for some;))

    Been doing really well and got things done before putting pc on.

    Looking at the school league tables and listening to radio debates with my 'governor' hat on.

    DS3 on inset and the other two due home at lunch as afternoon off for parent interviews. I shall be in their though even though they are home as I need to invigilate.

    made a start with cleaning out the shoe cupboard
    organised loft (including piles ready for car boot sale)
    caught up with all the bills

    need to get in a routine now with all the ongoing stuff! :j

    Right..out door loo mop this after noon. Feelig a bit dodgy today, but brighter for the bathroom being sparkly. DH wants a bath, so I took him up showed him how the bath/sink were sparkly and dry ad told him I want them back like that when he's finished :o

    ohhhhh my polti steam cleaner has arrived :j Is it wrong that im so excited about a bit of cleaning equipment?

    going to go and get showered and dressed, need to pop out to local shopping centre, got to return something to lakeland as its broke, need to buy cat litter and top up with diesel whilst im there. then im going to crack on with my list so that i can use my new toy :D

    GSI INSPECITON - chase up dude landlord has arranged.
    find addresses on downstairs computer and if cant find on there go on a rampage on facebook hounding them. it has to be OH's friends that are being difficult.

    Monday ~ Living Room, Porch and Hallway

    Vacuum under furniture you can move without damaging yourself
