Another amusing one in my saga to further highlight our troubles in NI... A house in belvoir estate (ish) area, £165k on the market. I phoned for a viewing and it is well over 220k and offers not yet accepted.... can you spell 'stupid panic buying'!?2 + 2 = 4

all the contract had been signed but my solicitor had not sent them back to the other parties solicitor.0 -
