cancel a contract early?
Hi - I know this is a generic title so apologies.
Basically. I took out a T-Mobile contract about 6months ago, it was a t-mobile pulse one with 100mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data for £7.50 a month.
However, the pulse phone they gave me is utter garbage and I often don't get signal, don't receive messages, and now the internal speaker has broken (so I need to take it back to a t-mobile shop for repairs?)
Basically, with this in mind can I get out of this contract early? I don't really want to buy a new phone because this one is not great and/or the service isn't great due to poor signal etc.
I've read that in some circumstances you can cancel early, so I'm curious if there is anything I can do?
Thanks.

You can of course cancel your contract.
I'm assuming that you had a contract of 18 or 24 months.
Based on a 24 month contract the cost of cancellation will be £135.00
Based on 18 months the cost will be £90.00.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
