Booking 25 is a mammoth task. if doing it in small blocks to get the lowest prices, Id make sure there is plenty spare seats, ie maybe check for 35 or so b4 starting the proccess. That way you will know what your top price is too.
The actual process is slow and you will need to be accurate with names as changes are costly if a mistake is made.

    Regarding NEWCASTLE TRIP

East coast trains have special offers for groups
    check http://www.eastcoast.co.uk/special-offers/3plus/ and http://www.eastcoast.co.uk/travel-information/ticket-options1/Group-Travel1/
You should save at least a third on their best individual prices and compared to any of the train booking sites

One other option is "Superbreak" have hotel/train specials that work out just marginally more expensive than "hotel only"

. It should be a price from A to B and thats it.
    Thanks

A consequence of that is that it would have to be rather more expensive a price - you can't have it both ways alas.
  • OK so I've given up on Riga for the time being as we wont have collected all of the money from everybody for a few weeks we cant guarantee the flight price. We have just informed everybody that the break will be £200 maximum. Can anybody recommend a good location for the weekend of 28th May (bank holiday) for stag for approx. 25 lads. needs to be max.£200 each, we can return on the Tuesday if needs be.

    Thanks in advance, mano
