Thankyou everyone some great info there. With sending the N244 form do I need to send a fee? if so how much? and can I claim it back from the Trust if I am successful?
Another bit of info is that my girlfriend said the Station Manager gave her a parking permit (because she knew she would be based there) which was on display at the time in question. So on all counts she didn't break any contract.0 -

Not sure anyone here will know the answer, but pepipoo posters will.
Good luck, this is a daft situation and that CCJ must be set aside. She'll have a chance to put in a defence once the judgment is set aside, pepipoo can help with that too as they have done before.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

From memory the fee for an application to set aside a judgment is £75. It went up from £60 2 to 3 years ago.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Looks like they control parking themselves but they have a no no on their website.
"Anyone found parking inappropriately or in a disabled space without a Blue Badge will be subject to a £25 penalty notice, rising to £50 if not paid within two weeks of the issue date".
http://www.oxfordradcliffe.nhs.uk/findus/jr/car.aspx
looks like they obtained a default judgment for an illegal penalty then.
Op should follow advice and challenge0
