I have stayed at the Sonesta Beach (4star) at the end of the prom and I know of a Sonesta Club (3star) on the "desert" side of the highway but I haven't heard of the Sonesta Sharm Resort. The Sonesta Beach was OK but I had initially to ask for a change of room. It is at one end of prom rather than right in the middle like the Fayrouz. Also, I found their beach pretty small and worse than the Fayrouz's for hawkers.0 -

We need to fly from Manchester or Liverpool really and we could fly the 18th, 19th or 20th Feb for 7 nights.
