Need cashback T&Cs for recent CPW deal - help

Hi all

I ordered 2 cash back phone deals at the end of September from the carphonewarehouse.

In order to claim the cashback I need a copy of the T&Cs relating to the offer but for some reason the T&Cs relating to my offer are not listed on their site. I have e-mailed them about this stating that I "had look in the cash back offers section on their site but the T&Cs weren't their", their response to me was to "look in the cash back offers section on our site"... brilliant.

I have just e-mailed them again and am waiting for a response but I'm starting to get nervous.

I was hoping on of you might have the T&Cs for the offers and could e-mail me a copy / send me a link. I would really appreciate it.

The deals I got were

LG U880 video talk and text 10months free on a 12 month contract

and

LG U880 video talk and text 12months free on a 12 month contract

thanks beancounter but I have been there and I've looked at August, September and October but none of the lists include the deals I got.

I got 12 months free on 12 month contract and 10 months free on 12 month contract, both LG U880 phones.

NOTE TO MODS: For obvious reasons I don't usually make a habit of linking to my site on the forums - However, in this instance, the best way to help the OP was by providing the above link. In any case, as the deal in question is no longer available, links through to the retailer's product page have been removed. If you still feel that this breaks the forum rules then please feel free to remove this post in its entirety.

Simply hover over the cashback amounts to see what the claims terms are for each payment - these will appear in the help console in the top left portion of the web page.

Although I didn't list the 10 months free deal, the terms would be exactly the same - it would just be the amounts that would be different. Also, from memory, ISTR that they had more than one handset colour available on this offer (it's just that all other colours were already out of stock when I got around to adding this deal to my database) - if you were able to obtain a different coloured handset, the terms and cashback amounts would have been identical.

For anyone who isn't aware, I keep details of all deals that were listed on my site in an archive so that anyone who has previously purchased any of the deals listed can come back to me for clarification of details such as T&Cs, cashback schedules etc... should they ever lose the information they are provided with at the point of purchase.

To date I have had a number of people come to me for such information out of desperation only to be pleasantly surprised that I am able to provide the necessary information and/or (in some cases) replacement claims vouchers.

Of course, if you haven't purchased via my site I can't promise to have the info you require as I may not have listed the offer that you purchased in the first place (I tend to focus on all the best-value offers though) - however, as long as I don't become inundated with requests for info from every man and his dog, I am more that happy to try and help anyone who asks, regardless of how they purchased their contract.
