T Mobile upgrades page - Or Bermuda circle?

Hi all, after a bit of advice from anyone else on T-Mob please.
I've been trying for ages now (almost 6 months tbh) to work out how you are meant to access the "Upgrades" page on T-Mob's site.
* You click the link to Upgrades, and are immediately forwarded to the "My T-Mob" login screen where it requires you to log in.
(even if you are already logged in).
* Once you log in (again), you are then directed back to the Homepage, where you find the Upgrades link, and follow it again.
* ..And again, it directs you to the Log-In page (and you know for damn-sure you're still logged in at this point), which upon logging in yet again, directs you straight back to the homepage, and so-on & so-forth for as long as the power company keeps the lights on or until you die of starvation, whichever comes first.
I'm not even joking, I've seen abandoned internet cafes, with rows of skeletons sat at dusty old computers still clutching the shells of old 90's era T-Mob Nokias in their bony fingers, like they're expecting the Mary Celeste to float out of the monitor or something..
I hate calling them up because they can never understand what I'm saying to them (I'm actually fairly eloquent I think, although I do come from Derbyshire so that might hinder non native speakers, ay?), and depending on who you get I often don't understand them in return (it's most fun when neither of us know what the hell the other is saying.. :T).
If anyone has ever seen this mystical page, would it be too much trouble to ask you to post the link please?
I mean the exact URL to the page in question, because I'm now firmly of the belief that this is intentional on T-Mob's part;
No large, well funded company should try & get away with having a circular navigation loop on their site for such a major function as this, not for 6 months (at least 6 months I know of, probably longer).
Any help would be gratefully accepted, cheers!

why not just ring them up or go to a t-mobile shop ,the online stuff is not the cheapest they do any way .

Thanks mate, but I wasn't thinking cheap, so much as free; (:D)
As in "you've been with us for like 3 or 4 years, so it's time to get you a better phone you lovely person.."
To be 100% honest with you, under most circumstances I probably wouldn't go to a network to buy a new phone unless it's part of a very good subsidised contract or a sale (except maybe for that San Francisco, that's very good for the money) - Because they're generally expensive, filled with proprietary bumph you have to re-flash to totally get rid of, tend to look pants because of the Formula 1 style company branding all over the body, and also come sim-locked, adding about a fiver to the price to get it unlocked..
The way I read their site, upgrades are allocated to your account based on length of agreement, and account activity, etc.. (someone correct me if I'm wrong by all means), so it's basically a case of finding out if you qualify or not, and saying "this one" or "that one".
Unless I've got that totally wrong?
You make a point & I don't want anyone to think it's some kinda veiled rant at the poor sods manning the phones themselves.
During Uk working hours yeah, you usually get people who understand perfectly, but I work daytimes, so I can only get time to call in the evening, after 8pm.
By that time of night though, I've only ever been connected to the (fantastically nice sounding & polite - no criticism intended) girls who seem to have been taught English based on a kind of international, almost American-English pronunciation.
The only thing is, even with my not so broad accent, conversation is possible but it's just a struggle, so when you finally hang up, you end up feeling it's been just slightly more hassle than it was worth, and that is not the way I'd like to spend my evenings if you get me.
*EDIT* That point about the website not being the cheapest they do is very interesting; You would imagine that if prices for any given product within a company vary from the norm in any given location, it would be slightly higher (disregarding things like business-customer discounting, etc..).
At least that seems sensible to my way of thinking, that the default is the cheapest & anything else only adds to the price, if you're saying that this is not the case, then hmm, you've given me something else to think about, cheers mate!

Sorry but thats not really the case any longer. Loyalty in terms if length you've been with them means nothing it's your monthly spend they are interested in.
You may get a discount but it's not likely to be great on most new phones you'll get a better deal on something thats been out 6 months plus (except iPhone you'll get no deals on that at all).
And your original problem is probably cookie related on your PC0
