from iphone 3gs to iphone4

next week i will be getting iphone4 from tesco

can anyone help please

selling iphone3 to work mate easier than ebay etc(how much is trhe going rate)

how do i get rid of all apps and contacts?

does itune store my contacts as well as apps?

is there anything else i need to do?

Do a back up first on your 3G phone.
Then restore the iphone in itunes once its done it will ask if you want to load a back up at that point just unplug it and sell it to your mate.
When you get your new phone it will ask if you want to load a back up this will install all your apps,messages, and contacts.
