Complaining against Vodafone???

I am making a complaint to Vodafone and requesting recordings of conversations I had with them over the phone. Will they let me have these?? Do they HAVE to let me have them?? and if so in what timescale??

You need to make a subject access request under the Data protection Legislation and it could cost you £10.

Suggest you Google for a template for Subject Access Request. They have 40 days to reply, I think.

I think transcripts of the phone conversations are generally provided other than an actual recording and bare in mind recordings will only be stored for a limited time so if you're after a call from 2 years ago I wouldn't hold my breath.
