This is my first time on the board, so forget me if I am raising an already treated issue. I sent in the wrong bill for my cash back earlier this year, and got a reply saying the £56 was forfeited. I lost the last £56 because I was abroad when the bill came in. What remedies are there for me? Pls anyone with any advice?
