Buying phone from T-Mobile sales (Existing Cust. Help)

Well I've got a SimOnly contract with T-mobile and my phone has finally packed in and I've got another 9 months on the contract left.
I wanted to buy a phone and was wondering would I get a discount from T-Mobile sales as I'm an existing customer?
And how would I reach the sales team for existing customers and I can't find any option from the automated voice.
