Yeah, I know I have some fantastic support both on here and at home, OH is an absolute star and despite a regular moan about having no money to do anything fun, replace his dying phone, or replace his dying car, he fully understands why I had to leave the job at the bank.
I've got two of my list done. Now I'm off to tidy upstairs and get on with the shredding and filing. Hopefully I'll find the papers I need to properly sort out the budget

Butti, I can't remember why I wrote that, I was possibly trying ot make a joke out of your car spinning.
Lizzie and Pap sounds like you've both got busy days ahead of you. I'm currently doing you've guessed it more reports and trying hard to explain stuff I don't really understand.:eek::eek:
Claire, how is your OH?

He is in a lot of pain the painkillers aren't workingBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Oh no...sorry to hear that Claire, and how are you feeling today??
I've got some of my jobs done, I dont think I'll ever be able to say I've done all the jobs I wanted to do in a day!!
I am halfway to turning the boxroom into a useable room instead of a dumping ground though, will resist going back to bed in the morning after OH goes to work and get it finished offwell thats the plan anyway.
Hope everyone else has had a good day, I'm just pondering what to give OH for tea, we dont have alot of variation anymore

Grrr when is white paint not white paintg... when you buy it from my work place :rotfl: Need to go to b&q now but that will have to wait until tomorrow. At least the majority is done :j
Lizzie, never knew you had a diary, will have to search that outGlad you got most your list done though, you have been very proactive. On the job front might it be worth registering with an agency or maybe leaflet drop? I know they are quiet mundane jobs but if it tides you over.
LMC, your reports sound so exciting, not! I guess you arn't too happy about writing them either.
Beanie, just chill
Claire, is his arm in a cast? So sorry he is in pain does that mean you are struggaling at home?0 -
The diary mostly consists of me talking to myself, but it seems to keep me going for the moment, I'm gonna look at agencies tomorrow, I *think* that we could just about make it, but I dont want to live right on the edge like this.
I do Avon but dont really make alot from that at all, £10 per book at most, so the 2 books between now & starting work again aren't going to make alot
Just wondering what other options there are.

PAP, how did you guess?
Trying to dump all my 'knowledge' of my role, reports I do, why etc is proving difficult and people keep phoning me asking to track a parcel or something!
Claire, I hope your DH's pain relief kicks in soon. What lovely neighbours you have, offering to do your ironing for you.
Lizzie, what a lovely husband you have. Sending lots of positive vibes your way.
I've just used a whole role of cellotape to secure a box I'm sending out to my OH and getting it to him isn't going to be straight forward. It first has to go to the States, be checked then sent to an Airbase where it's then flown to a US Base that he's based at. Confused, so am I! I hate to think how much it will cost!
