Claire, ouch. Here's hoping they can do something for it. My brother's got 2 prolapsed discs and as he's only 22 they won;';t do anything for him.
Kayleigh, sounds positive and you'll make a great teacher.
Katsu, hugs honey.
Beanie, send some snow down sarf! I'd happily have a few snow days.0 -

hi everyone,
gonna be a productive year for me - hopefully.
got a few moneysaving things to do ie, get a duplicate share certificate and sell the shares; cash in endowment and pay whatever i get off the mortgage.
i'm also hoping to move - it's been on the market for 8mths with no viewers so maybe this year i'll drop the price and really push for a sale.
also, in april my ccj falls off my credit file so i can think about getting a decent car at an affordable apr.
speak again soon0 -
Claire, sorry to hear about your hips/back. Well done on the business though you have really done well with it. You should be proud
Sorry to hear about your OH, I hope he is better soon.
LMC, it is expensive but then I suppose if you like something so much you will buy it no matter the price. Also I believe there are Radley collectors which add to the demand.
Kat, thanks, I hope so, I shall let you all know
Dangers, ah ok, would you like one? I knew there was a Radley shop in town but didn't realise there was one in CC, I guess its in the Mall? I haven't been over tehre for ages, even though I work up thereI think I was last in there in September.
I hope everyon has a good sunday night, dancing on ice and wild at heart are back on :T0 -
I have no motivation
I am keeping all my spends in cash, and all my bills etc on a spreadsheet as I have been caiught out in the psat by the amount of time it takes for things to go through the bank!
Shoegal, your name always reminds me of pg 144 of the Tao of Poo and Te of Piglet. Its all about why Pooh has bought lots of shoes!
Hi Kat. Good luck with your week. I'm thinking of going for a part-time job with a bridal shop. 15 hours a week. I'll give them a ring tomorrow.

Hello Everyone
Hugs to all that need it. Currently waiting for a pizza to be delivered, then settling down to watch Dancing On Ice - can't wait. I love Torvill and Dean and think that when they do their pieces, they are so amazing. They are perfectly synchronized and are so in tune with each other - great Sunday evening viewing for me.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

Evening everyone
Claire - sorry to hear you are suffering with your hips/back, and I hope DH isnt too badly hurt.
I love Radley things, I can spend many an hour coveting them online, however I only have one bag, an umbrella and a purse, I did have another purse but it got used to death, although I'm sure it wasn't thrown away and will be in the depths of my parents house somewhere!! I have been dreaming about their sunglasses for a very long time, perhaps one day I will be able to justify spending £85 on a pair
In other news, been at my parents all day again, so another Sunday lunch outand just pondering what to feed OH for his tea (trying to avoid takeaway but I am so tempted) while he watches Avatar in 3D.

Hope your DH is ok Claire.
Hello to all, I try and read most days but have been very hectic with DH and his appointments.
Took DD's out for art supplies today - DD2 needed a new sketch pad for school and DD1 has come back to the real world....it suddenly clicked over Christmas (a break up from her boyfriend and back to earth with a bump) that she needs to get some serious work behind her for her exams.....so a couple of large canvases and some new paints should inspire her.
The house looks like some sort of chinese laundry so I need to find the energy to go sort it all out in a bit - just waiting for the dishwasher to end so I can empty and refill it whilst I'm up.
DD's were given 3 black sacks of clothes from a friends daughter (she's in her early 20's and works purely to buy clothes) There was 167 items of clothing, 36 of those bits were dresses!!! DD's spent nearly 3 hours trying it all on and sorting out who was getting what....I've now got to find room for it all to go in wardrobes.....I think I might need a shoehorn!"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. Pap - yes, it's upstairs near John Lewis. I don't get down that end very often, but had to go into John Lewis and also Fat Face. Neither shop had what I was after
. I may have a looksy in there as it's my b-day next week. I've never really been into handbags but DH bought me a nice one last Xmas; only problem is that it is almost too big and I keep losing things in there.
Pooky - it's good to see you; how's DH?0
