im new to this n its 1st time i bked online & im a little confused.. i hv 7 code words inc the ROCK bonus word, i hv priority bkin ref no & email which says i only need 7 codes to book online, so do i still need the next code word before i can book??

am i right in thinking we can't use Rock then if its not on our priority letter? sorry only just got in from work and trying to catch up

I'm afraid so - there is a note in the FAQs to say that the ROCK bonus word is only for use by certain priority code holders, i.e. those that have the ROCK bonus token on their award letter. In theory they will be able to book tomorrow (7 printed words + 1 bonus); the rest of us priority code holders have to wait for Saturday (8 printed words).

Yes i believe so. If you haven't got Rock as a bonus code in your priority booking letter then you're going to have to use two new words>
