Sun Holidays 2011 code words thread

I've got rock and i cant get in. keeps telling me i have an invalid reference number yet it is a priority form. tried dropping the 0 and still no success. i'll have to keep on trying.

sharon how did you manage to get yours booked when you had no priority? you said lastnight thanks to ebay,so did you buy one with the code rock on it? or have you got the other code?

morning all! did anyone else dream about this last night!?! i woke up convinced the word was "yabi". needless to say i've tried it and surprise surprise, no luck! gotta keep plodding on!

OMG I can't believe we still haven't cracked the code or the nasty website won't let us on it.
I am shattered from lack of sleep - OH text me at 5.15 to tell me the code was zinc, I think I only opened one eye and acknowledged the fact that we already knew that and went back to sleep. I now have a cricked neck and have shouted at the kids and feel awful for doing so....

I am off on the school run shortly, and then got to get my eyes tested - that's good cos they are on matchsticks this morning lmao. I should be back around 11 and will be straight back on, hopefully someone will have been able to book using a new word by then, if not I will happily join in and take my share of letters.

The one thing that has really annoyed me is that there are people (naming no names but you can tell by when they have joined MSE) that have joined purely to obtain a priority code, they have done so and then proceeded to book 2 holidays, whereas the people who have been previously and have their own code and spent half the night trying to crack this one are stuck with no holiday at all yet.....I have emailed the Sun to let them know I am a disgruntled customer, see what they say!

I'm kind of glad I didnt get up at the crack of dawn today to find out today's code (and book before school) - such a disappointment to see its ZINC as we expected

Will help on and off during the day to try and help guess the code - however I now need to do a mad dash to school

Morning all, just up after being one of the last on last night , unfort I'm at work all day today and I feel exhausted !!
I suspect that the final Saturday code for us non ROCKers won't be activated until after midnight , this would make sense with the ROCK trial for site traffic etc!
I will keep trying to help throughout the day but v difficult while at work , if someone does manage to find the word , would someone be kind enough to PM it please?
I helped last night for over 8 hrs with no luck and I will carry on when I get in after 5 tonight.

I wouldnt email them because those people that booked lastnight shouldnt have,they only got to book because the code was cracked,if you email them they will get wise to iot and make it very very strict for us to obtain a code early in the future.

but i know where your comming from,its unfair that people are unwilling to help,and cant be assed reading through the threads and expect to be told everything.

I'm more than happy to try in moments of non whingy illness from 3 year old. Toy story 3 should make him that way...so i'll have a good hour and half to roll through some letters, probably just after lunch.

There's probably June dates on the drop down box because you can book abroad in June.

No, I didn't know anything about the DM Holidays til the link was posted in here with the codes last night, I've always gone through The Sun Thanks xx
