Moving a gas meter?
Comments

Vincenzo, Can you tell me if the pipes connected to your meter were made from metal (copper) or flexi pipe (Plastic).
I called Scotia today to enquire about having my meter moved and they asked what sorts of pipes I had but declined to say how this might affect the price.
I am looking to have my metal pipe connected gas meter moved about 1.5m towards the main road and and trying to second guess how much it may cost ??

Sorry MOF, I was not there on the day they did the work.
The original pipework was metal and the connections I can see to the meter are metal. They did leave some yellow plastic piping in my garden so the underground pipes may have been plastic. This was never mentioned when I had it done.0
