I've left telewest but want to come back

Hi,
I left Telewest about 3 months ago when my work installed a broadband line into my home. However as i download quite a bit im looking at returning, any idea what kind of deal i could ask for?

  • Yes well done, you have realised that NTL:Telewest provides the best broadband service in the UK. Telewest would love your custom - my advice is to call 0800 953 5000 and do a little bartering!

  • I do techincal support for Telewest - i dont really have a vested interest - I also did technical support for Aol and Tiscali so I can see the differences. NTL/Telewest use fibre optic cabling to provide their services whereas BT,Orange etc use copper, service is restricted by distance from exchange etc, not so with Telewest/NTL.

    They have decent service but the prices aren't low and on BT lines you have a choice of a huge number of ISP's but with Telewest you get eh.. Telewest (aka Blueyonder) or nowt!

    Telewest:ntl are being rebranded as Virgin Media and are trialing 50 meg connections in Kent - details here :)
