everyone(iOS-Apple) must do iTune in-App-Purchase off before end-up with huge bill

People having problem with itune purchase in-app-purchase, it is better to switch off that by default it is on.
There is a option to control in-app-purchase from iPhone/iPad, Settings->General->Restrictions->In-App Purchases, swith to off.
Even i didn't notice this one first time, after end-up with some unknown purchase came to know.
