The IB element of your ESA would be reduced by your income (with any relevant disregards) until you were down to your CB element, which you would still receive.
So if you receive £100 ESA, made up of £50 CB and £50 IB, and you have an income of £100, you would still receive £50 ESA.Gone ... or have I?0 -

You would have been assessed for CB ESA before you were assessed for IB ESA. It is done as standard.Gone ... or have I?0 -
so if that happened under the new rules i would only get ESA for a year iam i rightThe IB element of your ESA would be reduced by your income (with any relevant disregards) until you were down to your CB element, which you would still receive.
