Problem applying for Post Office Easy Access ISA

Hi,
I've just tried to apply for a Post Office Online Saver ISA as it was Martins top account :money: but comes up at the end saying that I'm not successful. I've never had a problem with any accounts/credit checks before and had all the criteria they asked for so I was just wondering if anyone else had problems with them? A little bit annoyed with it because it was exactly what I needed
Thanks

The Post Office ISA requires you to submit your printed application form at a branch or by post. There doesn't appear to be an online application form as such.
I can't find a "Post Office Easy Access ISA" on the Post Office website or any reference to one on the MSE Top ISA page.
Are you sure you've got the right info ?

Its the Post Office Online Saver, sorry. It is an instant access account though and was really frustrated the time I wrote that thread!
Thanks.

There may have been a temporary glitch on their system at the time you applied. Have you tried again?

Yes I've tried twice now, and exactly the same thing happens.Proud to be OS :j0

The only thing I can suggest is that one or more of your browser settings is preventing the application from completing properly (e.g. scripts disabled, redirection disabled, etc.). You can either change the settings while you try again or else you may have to phone them or call in to a branch.
You could try another post quoting the PO online saver account to see if anyone else has had any problems.
