Need to come up with a plan, just don't know what yet.0 -
Which pram did you go for? I'm an expert of prams, I've already chosen ours

Missy, personally that buggy is not for me but if you like it (and most importantly it does the job for you) than enjoy it.
For me:
The shopping basket underneath is way too small, also always has to be closed otherwise you lose everything
The handlebar is not wide enough and quite awkward to hold it.
Wheels are not big enough so they can't do grass.
But hey, I'm in London and don't have a car so I will need something where I can make the most of the shopping basket, getting on buses, trains means that the handlebar has to be comfortable for even surfaces, and need big wheels as I live next to a park:).0 -
the back wheels are pretty big hun, so i thought they would be good over grass, i like the handle to be honest, I like the way it moves, i definitely only wanted a one handled one, the reason i got it was because of the height the pushchair sat at, both OH and i have bad backs so the less bending the better, I hear you with the shopping bag though, didnt think of that!
I looked at loads, but found it hard with the difference in size of me and OH, almost a foot in difference, so the pushchairs without adjustable handles were a problem. Also I liked the turning circle as its pretty good and the width of it isnt as big as a lot of them are.
So my lovely what pushchair/pram have you chosen, i have looked at a few so know a lot of them0 -
Well that was the worst kept secret ever
. Just joking hun, thought thats what it was, so excited for you!
I would not rush into moving, you have better hospital, schools etc and whats a 35 minute trip over a 15 minute trip. With all the baby stuff its the loading and unloading that takes tie, not the travelling .
Love Auntie Me xOne small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!

lol thanks hun, I know everyone knew, but you know why I couldn't say!
no i know what you're saying about moving, as kavics said too, there is so much to consider.
Keep looking at baby stuff on ebay!!0 -
I have chosen two buggies actually, one of them is a Phil and Teds Sport but without the back seat for the time being (hoping to have two close to each other), it's good for the weekly shopping as it's a really big buggy:), and also so easy to handle it. Plus the advantage is that I can use it when second one arrives. And also a Maclaren Quest for travelling on bus, plane, as you know our families are abroad and we fly really often. We already have two Maclarens, OH found them on street and asked the owners if he could take them, they said Yes. We're planning to sell those and get a new one instead, they are in ok condition but from experience we need a new one for the plane journeys as they get damaged easily and at least we'll have manufactor guarantee on it.
With the Phil and Teds, both of my bosses uses one and they already offered us one if we have our Little One:) so all good and very MSE.0 -
ah have heard of that one, is a bit big for us with the car and everything but have read it is highly recommended. and being given one is even better! Good for you, these things take so much research dont they!0
