Hi
I wondered if anyone knew the answer to this question? In November last year I upgraded my mobile phone. I was on an 18 month contract that was due to expire in Jan. From November I was on my new tarriff, however what date does my contract run from? Is it 18 months from when my original contract should have expired or 18 months from when I upgraded?
If anyone could help it would be great and mean I can avoid speaking to someone at 3 about it

If you upgraded early the remaining months on your previous contract are added onto your new contract.
You have to honour the entire period of your previous contract as well as your new contract.0 -
