hi i ordered a 2 coats and they dont fit (online in the sale)
so will i be able to get a refund or do will i have to get vouchers/exchange?

apparently they will accept returns if you post them back to them... just passing on what i've been told by my local newlook store. If you take them into store then they will let you exchange for an item instore. They need to update what they have on the website of they will have a lawcase on their hands im sure lol

Yep, I have these (annoyingly bought when they were £20 grrrr), they look great on and are very comfortable. I had a pair similar a few years ago and ruined them trekking across a field to a footie match :mad: never seen any like them since!

My sis in law had the brown ones and returned them to store as she said they were a bit tight around the ankle, I asked if she had loosened the buckle and she replied "Can you do that?" :o

i bought some of the kids stuff for my daughter befor xmas,it was in the sale,but it took ages to get here and in that time it was further reduced,i called and was send a giftcard for the difference...so maybe worth a try if stuff goes further down x
