just to make you aware, newlook changed their returns policy on the 26th of december, and you can no longer have refunds on sale items (or store credit)! they will do an exchange for items in store apparently.
Their website still doesn't mention this though so dunno if you could put your foot down by taking a copy of it in with you if you need to return stuff?Totally debt free wohooo 2014
