insulation grant ending?

Just had a call from Nationwide Energy asking the usual questions about whether we qualify for an energy insulation grant (not the Warm Front one) and can they do a survey.
I'm interested in getting the cavities done but was holding off, however he mentioned the grants were changing to loans at end of Feb 2011.
Anyone else heard that?
Also, anyone used these guys?
