External pump is only used to push heating around, it is fitted next to boiler near manifold for ground floor.
Pipe coming from pump splits on TEE and goes down to ground manifold, and up to 1st floor manifold.

Good. The important thing is that the external pump is after the bypass. So it goes GSHP ->bypass -> external pump -> T to rads and UFH -> rads and UFH -> T from rads and UFH -> T1 sensor -> GSHP. Like the diagram on page 55. You might have one external pump for the ground floor and one for the 1st floor (in which case they'd obviously both be after the T on the seperate legs) if it's a really big house.

    No, only one pump.
    no pumps on 1st floor.
Heating flow comes to manifold On 1st floor and from there into 3 bedrooms and bathroom with towel rail that is fed from manifold as well.
no rads on ground floor only ufh.
house is not big, i think that pump is enough, it is just that in winter temperature is very different between floors.
maybe it will better when i replace that valve and adjust bypass.

    Thanks,
just could not find how to turn the heating on, as it is still in summer mode.
Have increased room temperature but still did not get any heating.
I guess i have to wait till winter.

Yeah, it doesn't matter what the room temperature is set to if it's in summer mode. You'll just need to change setting 1.14 Summer disconnection temporarily. See page 22 of the manual.

Tried to adjust it but still not starting as return temperature is 25 and would start at 18.  Have tried all settings .
was reading manual and it says that that gt8 and gt9 difference should be 7-10 c,
    i have gt8@ 49.5 and gt9 @25.4, when boiler is in standby.
    Gt10 @13.2 and gt11@ 11.2 c. Manual says 2-4c, this one looks fine.
Should change settings on heat carrier pump? Now it is on speed 2.

You might have to up the heat curve temporarily as well to get it to kick in.
GT8 and GT9 difference needs to be measured when it's operating, not on standby.
