Deals for "Existing customers"

This is in relation to O2.

I wish to sign up with their home broadband, and they offer discounted rates, as well as Quidco cashback to "Existing O2 Customers"

But what qualifies you for an exisiting customer?

Could i just get a cheap payg sim card, or maybe even a free one, and be a customer, or do they mean, a "monthly contract customer"?

Cheers

If PAYG you have to top up by a minimum of £10 every 3 months so £40. Or you are a pay monthly customer.
